Our newcomer series goes on the road to South Charlotte. Enjoy a fish-fry, Catawba River style. Foodie extraordinaire Dan Huntley fries up salt-and-pepper catfish in a big cast-iron pot, with homemade hush puppies, banana pudding, sweet tea. Hear about our local "fish camp" traditions, history of the river, and memories of growing up here. Hosted by Levine Museum historian Dr. Tom Hanchett.
