In May 2022, Levine Museum gathered a group of Charlotte high school students for a conversation about history in school curriculum with Larry Bosc (retired history teacher) and Hannah Hassan (spoken word poet and creative facilitator). The students shared their perspectives on the history they learned – a subject many are currently discussing and politicizing. Students shaped this discussion by offering themes of interest to them prior to this.
